摘要
目的 分析IgG产生细胞与食管鳞癌 (简称食管癌 )的生物学行为的关系。方法 应用直接免疫荧光法检测 2 15例食管正常上皮及病变组织中抗体产生细胞的类型。结果 IgG产生细胞随病变发展逐渐升高 ,发展为浸润癌后突然下降 ,IgA产生细胞则随病变的发展逐渐降低 ,IgM产生细胞与病变过程无关。 80例食管癌中IgA、IgM产生细胞与食管癌分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移均无关。IgG产生细胞与食管癌分级无关 ,与浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关。结论 IgG产生细胞可阻止食管癌变过程的进展。
Objective To analyse the correlation between IgG-producing cells and the biological behavior of esophageal cancer. Methods The direct-immunofluorescence method was applied to detect the antibody-producing cells in 215 patients with normal esophageal epithelium and lesion tissues. Results The positive rates of IgG producing cells was gradually increased according with the development of lesion, and suddenly fell down after development of the invasive carcinoma.The IgM-proclucing cells was not parallel with the course of lesion.The positive rate of IgA-producing cells was gradually fallen with the development of lesions.In 80 cases of esophageal carcinoma,IgA and IgM-producing cells were correlated neither with lymph node metastasis nor with tumor grade and the deepth of invison. The IgG-producing cells was not correlation with tumor grade,but was correlation with the deepth of invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The IgG-producing cells can impede the progress of esophageal canceration.
