摘要
介绍了一种对人体内电阻抗分布进厅成像的医学成像系统,并将其应用于肺通气的观察。该系统采用32体表电极进行阻抗测量,用加权反投影算法进行图象重构。文中给出了恒流源、测量电路、控制电路的设计和重构方法研究。同时,得到了一些初步的在体实验结果。
An imaging system is described which produces images of the electrical im pedance distribution within the body, allowing lung ventilation to be observed. The system makes impedance measurements using an array of 32 electrodes on the surface of the body; and reconstructs the images using a weighted backprojection algorithm. The design of the constant source, the measurement circuit, the controlling circuit and the reconstruction are described. Some preliminary in vitro and in vivo results from the system are presented.
