玉米清蛋白聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳谱带编码与种子纯度检验 被引量:2

摘要 利用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对 2 0个玉米自交系和 13个杂交种清蛋白进行了电泳分析 ,并对电泳谱带进行了四位数编码。电泳图根据谱带迁移情况分为A、B、C 3个带区 ,将A区和B区之间所有试验材料都有的迁移率为 0 50的一条谱带编码为 50 12 ;各自交系和杂交种的电泳图均有其鲜明特征 ,编码各不相同 ,彼此能够区别 ;亲本自交系A区和B区的不同谱带在杂交种F1 发生互补 ,杂交种的谱带编码等于双亲自交系共同谱带编码与各自独有谱带编码的叠加 ; Electrophoretic analysis were made on the albumins of 20 inbred l ines a nd 13 hybrids of maize by improved polyacryamide gel electrophoressis technique ,and the electrophoretic bands were coded by four numbers.According to the mobil ities,the electrophoretograms were divided into three zones:A,B and C.Lying betw een A,B zones,the common band with a mobility of 0.50 was coded 5012.The electro phoretograms of the inbred lines and the hybrids had their own manifest characte ristics and different codings, and they could be differentiated from each other. The different bands of parent inbred lines were complemental in hybrid F1 in A a nd B zones.The common band codings of the parents inbreds and their own band cod ings made up that of their hybrids.The bands of hybrids could be predicted using that of their parents inbreds.
