摘要
本试验采用云南黑子南瓜做砧木与丰产型黄瓜做接穗进行嫁接 ,试验结果表明 ,嫁接植株能促进连作黄瓜的生长 ,减轻黄瓜根结线虫病害 ,促进连作黄瓜根系对土壤养分的吸收 ,使黄瓜根际土壤电导率降低 ,减轻了由于土壤次生盐渍化所造成的盐害 ,提高黄瓜根际土壤微生物活性 ,对减轻黄瓜连作障碍 ,提高连作黄瓜的产量 。
The study was carried out with the scion of fertile cucumber inoculated Yunnan pumpkin of black seed as anvil.The results showed that the inoculated cucumber could promote crop growth,increase root activity and the absorption of nutrients relief the injury of root nematode to cucumber, and activate soil microorganisms.This technology could play certain roles in the relief of continuous cropping obstacles of cucumber in greenhouse.
