摘要
本文建立了示波法动脉血压测量过程的物理模型,将一种可塌陷管模型应用到袖带压迫下的动脉血管,利用标准的动脉压力波形进行了仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析对这一测量方法的一些实际现象进行了理论解释。
We devised a mathematical model for non-invasive oscillometric blood pressure measurement technique in this paper. For the arterial segment under the cuff, one collapsible tube model is used. Using the model, through the simulation, some phenomena of the measuring technique have been explained successfully. It is hoped that the results can be used to clinically correct use of the oscillometric blood pressure measuring method.
