褪黑素对过氧亚硝基反应体系的调控

摘要 目的 :通过检测MT对ONOO-、NO、O·-2 的影响 ,探讨MT对过氧亚硝基反应体系的调控作用。方法 :采用多种化学发光体系在体外检测。结果 :MT对ONOO-有很好的清除效应 (IC50 =15 μg/ml) ,对O·-2 有较好的清除作用 (IC50 =2 30 μg/ml) ,但对NO无清除作用 ;结论 :MT可能通过对过氧亚硝基反应体系的调控 。 Aim: To investigate the effect of melatonin on the ONOO-、NO and , and study the effect of mel ato nin on the reactive system of peroxynitrite. Methods: Exte rnal Measurement was made by several chemiluminescence analytic systems. Results: The pineal neurohormone melatonin could effectively scav enge peroxynitrite (IC50=15 μg/ml) and superoxide (IC50=230 μg/m l) , but was of little effect on nitric oxide. Conclusion: Me latonin might be involved in the regulation of nitric oxide level in the body.
