摘要
基于Fe(Ⅲ)对过氧化氢氧化钙黄绿素的催化反应,建立了高灵敏测定痕量铁的新方法本法线性测定范围为0.4-4ig/L,检出限为1.4×10^-10g/mL,线性回归方程为△A=-0.0033+0.03812CFe3+(ig,L),相关系数r=0.9991.本法已用于人发、茶叶中铁含量的测定。
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ)has been developed. Its based on the discoloring oxidation between calcein and hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ).The linear range is 0.4~4g/L with a detection limit of 1.4х10-10g/mL,and the regression equation of working curve isΔA=-0.0033+0.03812CFe3+ (靏/L), correlation coefficient r=0.9991.The method has been applied to the determination of iron in hair sample and tea sample with satisfactory results.
