摘要
建立了钡-茜素红二元络合物光度法测定痕量钡的新方法.在HAC-NaAc介质中,以聚乙烯醇胶体为保护剂,钡可与茜素红形成BaR^2+二元络合物.实验表明,其最佳反应温度为35℃,反应时间为15min,CBa^2+(ug/L)在8.0~160ug/L与△A值符合beer定律,检出限为3.8x10^-9g/mL本方法用于水中痕量钡的测定,结果满意.
A new spectrophotometry for determination of trace barium by the reaction system of Ba-auzarin red-PVA is proposed,it is based on the fact that barium was reacted with alizarin red to form a ternary complex,which was remarkably sensitized and stabilized by the addition of PVA.at at pH=5.5,on heating15min at 35℃. The linear regression aquation is △A=0.0049+2.8625?0-3C Ba2+(ug/L),r=0.9994. The Beer抯 law is obeyed in the range of 8.0~160ug/L with detection limit of 3.8?0-9g/mL. This method has been applied satisfactorily to the detemination of trace amounts of barium in water. The method has been applied to the determination of trace barium in water samples with satisfactory result.
