摘要
目的:运用种植支抗压入伸长磨牙,为缺失区种植修复提供空间。方法:选择临床5例患者,男2例,女3例。年龄21～49岁,平均31岁。上颌磨牙由于对颌牙长期缺失,咬合在对侧牙槽嵴粘膜上,无法正常修复。利用种植支抗,使用弹性牵引力根向压人伸长的磨牙。结果:5例患者的缺牙区均获得了足够的义齿修复垂直耠间隙,成功进行种植牙修复。结论:上颌磨牙伸长可通过种植支抗技术予以安全有效地压人,为缺失牙修复创造足够的义齿修复空间。
Purpose:The purpose of this study is to describe a method to intrude supra-erupted molars using mini-screw implants anchorage.Methods:Five patients with overerupted maxillary molars were selected,aging from 21 to 49 years old,the average age was 31 years old.There were 2 men and 3 women.All the overerupted molars were intruded in gingival direction with mini-screw implants anchorage.Results:All of the missing teeth were treated by implants prosthetic treatment.Concluslons:Significant true intrusion of maxillary molars could be obtained by mini-screw implant as bony anchorage.
