摘要
目的:探讨一段式种植体用于即刻修复的效果。方法:采用2枚Nobel Direct一段式种植体对2例患者进行了即刻修复。结果:三个月后取模时,2颗种植体均达到良好骨结合,软组织情况良好。经12-24个月的临床观察,修复体骨吸收稳定,种植体周围软组织状况良好。收到了满意的临床效果。结论:一段式种植体用于即刻修复能缩短病人就诊周期,减少手术不适,解决病人前牙缺失的不便。2年随访示临床效果良好。
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of immediate placement using one piece implants.Methods:Using 2 Nobel Direct one piece implants for immediate placement on 2 patients.Results:3 Months after surgery,2 implants both obtain osseo-integration,and soft tissue heals well.After 12 to 24 months,bone absorbing becomes stable,the soft tissue still healthy.Clinical results are good.Summing-up:One piece dental implants for immediate placement can shorten the treatment periods,reduce the swelling and pain,and solve the discomfort of loosing front teeth.After 2 years the clinical results are good.
