毛木耳液体菌种的研究及栽培试验 被引量:12

摘要 研究了毛木耳的液体培养条件,确定了适宜培养基配方为葡萄糖3%、麦麸10%、MgSO4·7H2O0.02%、KH2PO40.1%;250mL三角瓶适宜培养条件为每瓶装液量90mL,接种量10%,pH值5.0~7.0,培养温度26℃~29℃,培养时间4d。栽培试验表明,菌种制备时间缩短了11d~12d,头茬出耳时间提前了6d。 The optimal formula and culture condition for submerged fermentation of Auricularia polytricha were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal fermentation formula were composed of glucose 3% , bran 10% , MgSO4·7H2O 0.02%, KH2PO4 0.1%. The optimal culture conditions were pH 5.0~7.0, temperature 26℃~29℃, inoculation rate 10%, medium capacity 90 mL, culture time 4 d. The results of comparative cultivation of Auricularia auricular showed that the preparing time of submerged spawn was 11 d~12 d shorter than that of the solid spawn, and the fruitbody formation time of the first flush was 6 d earlier than that of the solid spawn.
