摘要
利用草原红牛、安格斯杂种牛(F1)作为试验牛种,按营养水平分为高、中营养水平组进行育肥、屠宰试验。结果表明:安格斯杂种牛(F1)日增重、胴体重、屠宰率高于草原红牛;草原红牛肉中氨基酸、脂肪酸、粗蛋白质含量高于安格斯杂种牛(F1),但品种间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
In this study,Red cattle of Steppe and Angus crossbred were used for experiment′s materials,high-level and median-level groups were divided according to nutrition level,finishing and slaughtering experiments were conducted,and data required for significant differences were analysed.The results show that daily gains,carcass weight,killout percent of Angus crosses are higher than those of Red cattle of Steppe,but the contents of amnio acid,fat acid and prude protein of Red cattle of Steppe are higher than those of Angus crosses.The significant differences are small between two breeds.
