摘要
目的观察砧板上肉屑中旋毛虫幼虫的活性与感染性。方法将100条旋毛虫幼虫感染小鼠40 d的骨骼肌剪为小米粒大小(重约0.007g)的肉屑,平均分为5份,在木质砧板上室温(约25℃)下放置0、2、4、6和8 h,消化后收集幼虫并观察幼虫的活性。将30只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为3组(每组10只),将砧板上放置0、4、8 h肉屑中的旋毛虫幼虫经口感染小鼠,每组小鼠感染300条。感染后40 d剖杀,将全身肌肉消化后收集肌幼虫,测定其生殖力指数(reproductive capacity index,RCI)。结果在砧板上放置0、2、4、6和8 h肉屑中旋毛虫幼虫的死亡率分别为0、0.60%、15.17%、55.63%和79.18%(X^2=46.949,P<0.01);幼虫死亡率随肉屑放置时间的延长而升高(X^2=42.241,P<0.01)。在砧板上放置0、4、8h肉屑中的旋毛虫幼虫接种小鼠后40d,其生殖力指数分别为229.47、135.62和125.01,3组间的差异无统计学意义(F=2.205,P>0.05)。结论在砧板上放置4h和8 h肉屑中的旋毛虫幼虫仍具有感染性。
Objective To observe the activity and infectivity of T.spiralis larvae in scrap of meat on chopping board. Methods The skeletal muscles of mice infected with 100 T. spiralis larvae were cut into the millet-like scrap (about 0.007g) at 40 d post-infection. The meat scrap was equally divided into 5 replicates (2.5 g per replicate) and put on chopping board of wood at room temperature (about 25℃) for 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 h, respectively. The larvae were collected and the viability was observed after meat scrap was digested. Thirty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (10 mice per group). Each group of mice was orally inoculated with 300 muscle larvae in scrap on chopping board tor 0, 4 and 8 h, respectively. All infected mice were slaughtered at 40 days post-infection, the muscle larvae were collected after all the muscles were digested, and reproductive capacity index (RCI) were determined. Results The death rate of T. spiralis larvae in scrap on chopping board for 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 h was 0, 0.60%, 15.17%, 55.63% and 79.18%,respectively(χ~2=46.949, P<0.01 ), the larval mortality increased with the prolong of time when meat scrap put on chopping board (χ~2= 42.241 ,P<0.01). The RCI of T. spiralis was 229.47, 135.62 and 125.01 ,respectively at 40 days after mice were inoculated with the larvae in scrap on chopping board for 0, 4 and 8 h, and there was no statistically significance among three groups (F=2.205,P>0.05). Conclusion The T. spiralis larvae in meat scrap on chopping board for 8 h still have the infectivity.
