摘要
本文综述了近年来丁香属植物组织培养的研究现状进行,并且从初代培养、继代培养、生根培养和炼苗移栽等几个方面,分析了丁香组织培养与植株再生过程中存在的问题,探讨了丁香组织培养研究的发展趋势.
A comprehensive report on the status of Syinga plant tissue breeding is related in the paper.Problems in the Syinga plant tissue breeding and plant regeneration process is analyzed from primary culture,subculture,radication culture,training test-tube plantlet,transplanting etc.Development trend of Syinga plant tissue breeding is probed.
