摘要
[目的]综述运用中医药治疗高脂血症的研究进展。[方法]采用中药能显著降低高脂小鼠血清中TC,升高HDL/TC的比值,提高HLP小鼠血清SOD活性。[结果]运用整体观念和辨证论治思维模式,借助现代医学的先进实验技术,发现山楂、姜黄素、葛根口服液、酒制大黄能有效降低实验性高脂血症小鼠的TC、TG,改善血液黏度,保留其降血脂。[结论]采用中西医结合疗法治疗高脂血症,标本兼治,可增加疗效,减少西药用量,同时减低不良反应,进一步深入探讨行之有效的中西医结合疗法防治高脂血症,具有重大的理论指导意义和临床应用价值。
[Objective] Use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. [Methods] Chinese medicines can significantly reduce the fat in the serum TC, increased HDL/ TC ratio, increase the serum SOD activity of HLP. [Results] The overall concept of the use of syndrome differentiation and mode of thinking, through the use of modern medicine advanced experimental techniques and found that hawthorn, curcumin, Puerarin Oral Liquid, rhubarb wine system can effectively reduce the experimental hyperlipemia in mice TC,TG,improve blood viscosity, to retain their hypolipidemic [Conclusion] The use of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating hyperlipidemia, both temporary and permanent cures, increase efficacy, reduce the amount of Western medicine, at the same time reduce the adverse reactions, and further in-depth study of effective WM therapy Hyperlipidemia prevention and control, have a significant know the meaning of theory and clinical application value.
