摘要
为了探索洛龙党参的保鲜方法,进行了不同处理真空塑料袋包装贮藏试验。结果表明:洛党参保鲜有效贮藏方法是在常温下采用真空包装,通过充柠檬酸和抽真空降低袋内氧气浓度,进行密封贮藏,可保鲜60 d以上;干品真空贮藏的最高含水量一般应控制在13%以下,采用抽真空方式降低氧浓度进行密封贮藏,保质时间较长。
The different vacuum plastic packaging methods were tested to find the effective freshness preservation method of Codonopsis tangshen.The results showed that the effective freshness preservation method for above 60 d includes vacuum plastic packaging under ambient temperature and reducing oxygen concentration by adding citric acid and vacuuming.The maximum water content of dry Codonopsis tangshen.should be controlled below 13% in its vacuum packaging and its quality guarantee period can be longer by reducing oxygen concentration with the aid of a vacuuming method.
