文章介绍了工业化住宅的概念,结合万科工业化住宅工程设计实践,重点分析装配整体式住宅项目——万科新里程20、21号实验楼项目,研究工业化住宅技术体系。
The author introduces the concept of industrialized residence. Combining with the practice of project design of Wanke industrialized residence, the author makes a key analysis for the project of the assembled integral residence--Wanke New Mileage Experimental Project No.20&21, and also carries out a research into the technological system of industrialized residence.
