摘要
在产学合作中,由于对"产"方的主体定位不清晰,"学"方往往从自我出发,一厢情愿地推进产学合作,难以得到企业的积极响应。相反,"校企合作"的双方主体非常明确、具体,能够建立合作基础,在双方共同需求的驱动下,合作会水到渠成。本文从确定利益共同点、推行能力本位教育、实施校企深度合作以及建立有效制度保障等方面,对校企合作进行了全面分析。
In the industry-academy cooperation, because of the unclear definition of industry, the academy tend to promote the cooperation based on its own wishful thinking, thus rarely gets any active response. On contrast, in term of 'company-school cooperation', which has clear definitions for both sides, while driven by needs of both sides, the cooperation can be smoother. This article completed a whole analysis, including: determining same interest, promoting ability-centered education, implementing deep cooperation and establishing effective institutional assurance
