我国城市滨河地区改造更新尚处于初级阶段,立足于滨河地区各种更新要素独特的自然环境、历史人文、经济社会特点,城市滨河地区更新的类型模式分为环境治理型、保护再利用型、拆建再开发型和综合型,它们分别代表了基本的、保守的、开拓的和综合的更新方式,为滨河地区的更新提供多元化的选择.
