摘要
6S管理法是企业界推行的一种行之有效的现场管理方法。西北农林科技大学图书馆在"优质服务月"活动中,根据图书馆的性质和特点,借鉴企业的6S管理法,实行了一套适合图书馆工作的日常化管理方法,即"图书馆6S"。该方法将各项S要素贯彻到图书馆工作的各个环节和层面,使理论与实践相结合,使员工与读者成为活动的践行者和受益者。"图书馆6S"在实践活动中不断完善和规范,将成为图书馆工作的一项基础管理方法。
