摘要
使固体颗粒淀粉转化为液态的甲酸淀粉酯(属多羟基脂),与日常用的脂肪酸甘油等在结构上有明显的不同,其物理化学性能有别,是淀粉产品开发应用中的一个新品种.
The granulated solid starch, being turned into liquid starch ester formate (a kind of multi - hydroxy - adipose), differs apparently from the daily - used fatty acid glycerol in the structruce as well as in the property of physical chemistry. It is a new variety of starch prodncts in exploitation.
