摘要
目的:观察Ⅰ型胶原海绵吸附自体骨髓基质细胞对膝关节软骨缺损的修复情况。方法:12只新西兰大白兔取骨髓,体外扩增骨髓基质细胞,双膝关节随机分成实验组、对照组,实验组用自体骨髓基质细胞-Ⅰ型胶原海绵复合物移植于膝关节软骨缺损;对照组仅单纯Ⅰ型胶原海绵移植。结果:实验组软骨缺损术后各阶段由透明软骨样组织,对照组由纤维软骨样组织填充。结论:Ⅰ型胶原海绵是适合吸附骨髓基质细胞的载体材料,Ⅰ型胶原海绵吸附骨髓基质细胞能修复软骨缺损。
Objective: To observe the tissue implanted into the defeats of rabbits knee's articular cartilage with autogenetic mesenchymal cells absorbed by type Ⅰ collagen. Methods: The autologous mesenchymal-collagen complexes were transplanted to the defects of articular cartilage of the rabbits in experimental group, and the type Ⅰ collagen without cells were served as control. Specimens were observed at the end of 4, 8, and 12 week after implantation. Results: The repairing process in experimental group was faster and better than the control group. In experimental group, the neo-cartilage tissue was founded in 4 weeks, modeled to normal cartilage tissue in 12 weeks and was similar to surrounding cartilage in 24 weeks. In control group the defeats were repaired by fibrocartilage tissue at every stage. Conclusions: The type Ⅰ collagen sponge is a good scaffold material for bone marrow stromal cells, and the cells-collagen complex can heal the defects of cartilage.
