摘要
该文通过总结实际教学管理中的经验,尝试从教师自评、学生助评、同行互评、领导督评四个方面构建系级教学质量评估体系,努力营造良好的教学软环境,促进广大教师不断提高教学、科研水平,以保证各项教学措施得到有效实行,从而提高教学质量。
This article is the summarization based on the teaching administrative practice. How to establish the assessment system of teaching quality in the department administrative levels by the self-assessment of teachers, the assistant assessment of students, the mutual assessment of co-workers and the supervisory assessment of directors. The purpose is to build the good teaching environments, to urge teachers to promote the levels of the teaching and scientific research, to ensure the efficient implement of all teaching measurements and improve the teaching quality.
