摘要 目的 对BC-5500全自动五分类血细胞分析仪的主要性能进行评价,并将其与XE-2100进行对比. 方法 依照ICSH、CLSI等标准对BC-5500的携带污染率、精密度、重复性、线性范围、可比性等项目进行评价. 结果 各参数携带污染率均小于1,所有的CBC参数具有较好的精密度与重复性,WBC、RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT的CV值均小于4%;WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT具有良好的线性(相关系数r>0.9998);与XE-2100进行对比,WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、MCV的相关系数R均大于0.9800;白细胞分类与XE-2100比较,嗜中性粒细胞(Neu%)、淋巴细胞(Lym%)、单核细胞(Mon%)、嗜酸粒细胞(Eos%)、嗜碱性粒细胞(Bas%)的相关系数分别为0.9902、0.9901、0.9145、0.8907、0.5764. 结论 BC-5500具有良好的性能,与XE-2100具有较好的可比性. Objective To evaluate the BC-5500 auto hematology analyzer and compare its performance with the System XE-2100. Methods The BC-5500 was evaluated according to guidelines published by the International Committee for Standardization in Hematology (ICSH), Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). Results The results demonstrated the carryover of all CBC parameters were less than 1%; all CBC parameters had fine precision and repeatability, the CVs of WBC, RBC, HGB, MCV and PLT were less than 4%; WBC, RBC, HGB and PLT had good linearity (r>0.9998). Correlation between the BC-5500 and XE-2100 was excellent (r>0.9800) for all major CBC parameters (WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT and MCV). Correlation of the WBC differential parameters, Neu%, Lym%, Mon%, Eos% and Bas%, between the BC-5500 and XE-2100 were respectively 0.9902, 0.9901, 0.9145, 0.8907 and 0.5746. Conclusion We conclude that the overall performance of BC-5500 is excellent and closely correlates to XE-2100.
