摘要
迭部林业局种苗公司在过去几年的生产运营过程中,逐渐显露出管理与生产运营不规范所带来负面影响。本文对种苗公司在企业管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,找出了公司在运营管理、产品结构等方面的不合理性。从产业结构调整、新技术引进、人力资源开发、竞争机制的引入、产品销售、顾客及售后管理等方面提出公司运营规范化的建设措施。
The paper analyzed the existing problems in the management of seedling companies of Diebu.The irrationality of their management in organization and structure of products were pointed out.Solutions in terms of restructuring the products,technological introduction,human resources development,competition mechanism as well as marketing were put forward.
