基于法律视角的学生评教探讨

摘要 本文从学生评教制度的争议入手,探讨学生评教的法律基础,结合相关法律规定从评教的主体、程序、结果三方面进行了论证。最后结合目前学生评教的实际对学生评教制度提出了一些完善意见。 This paper starts from a discussion on the disputes on the system of student ratings of teaching effectiveness,and continues with making a research on the legal foundations for student ratings of teaching effectiveness.It then,based on some relevant legal rules,demonstrates the arguments from three aspects:the subjects,the procedure and the results of the ratings of teaching effectiveness,and finally concludes by making some suggestions on how to improve the current system of student ratings of teaching effectiveness.
