摘要
近年来,随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的加快和消费结构的不断升级,钢铁、水泥、汽车等行业得到了快速的发展,但同时产能过剩问题也不断涌现,影响了中国经济的发展。而目前我国的经济研究领域,对产能过剩的界定存在着不同的解释,并没有形成统一的认识。
As the development of industrialization,urbanization and the improvement of consumption structure in recent years,many industries,such as steel,cement and automobile industry,have made a big step in their own development.The problem of surplus production capacity has been coming forth as well,which seriously affects economic development.However,people hold different viewpoints on the comprehension of surplus production capacity.
