摘要
本文以福建信息职业技术学院与福建永辉集团共同培养连锁经营管理人才为例,通过改革传统的课程体系、教学方法和教学手段等,探索工学结合的人才培养模式。
This paper gives a detailed account of the corporation between Fujian Polytechnic of Technology and Information and Fujian Yonghui Co. Ltd in the field of fostering talents for management of Chain Store.A new mode of personnel training is introduced based on learning by work by means of the reforms of curriculum and teaching methods.
