摘要
学分制管理就是以学分为单位计算学生学习的量和质的一种教学管理制度。进行学分制改革有利于促进我院教学工作,提高教学质量;有利于实施素质教育,全面提高学生的综合素质,推进我院高职教育的发展;有利于促进我院内部管理制度的改革,促进我院规范管理;有利于我院教师充分发挥主观能动性,不断学习新知识、及时了解、掌握本专业领域及相关专业领域的新知识,不断充实自和提高自我;有利于高职院校学生个性发展。
The credit system manages one kind of teaching management system being to take credit as unit calculating amounts and quality that the student studies.The teaching carrying out the credit system reforming the academy beneficial to promoting works,enhances the quality of education;Synthetical quality beneficial to improving a student put education for all-around development into practice,all-round,development of the education pushing forward good duty of academy.Reformation beneficial to promoting academy inside management system,promotes standard administration of academy.The academy teacher brings a conscious activity into play sufficiently,unceasingly,the knowledge studying new knowledge,timely.know about unceasingly,grasping the special field field and the new of relevance special field field,strengthens self and improves oneself.Beneficial to tall duty student of universities and colleges individuality develops.
