摘要
学生满意度是学生对高等学校的感知质量如学校提供的教育服务等,与他们对学校期望值相比较后所形成的感觉状况,是心理层面的一种体验。做好学生满意度的调查研究,可以给国家和高等教育机构提供一个从学生满意的角度系统观察教育服务质量的途径,可以为学校的长远发展提供决策依据,同时是"以学生为本"的管理理念在实践中的"着陆点"。
Student satisfaction is a psychological state of feeling as the result of comparison of the student expectations with the quality of school services as felt by the students. A survey of student satisfaction will offer the state and the universities a system of perspectives to observe the educational services. This system will provide a ground for long-term policy making as well as for the implementation of the managerial idea of 'all for the students' in the universities.
