摘要
研究表明,目前高职学生的基本需要可分为15种,高职学生的总体需要结构是积极向上的,但他们需要发展社会性弱化应引起教育者的高度重视。高职学生的需要发展还存在着一定的性别差异,因此,思想政治教育应具有科学性和针对性。
The study shows that at present the basic needs of higher vocational students can be divided into 15 kinds,and the overall need structure of higher vocational students is positive and progressive,but the weakening of socialization of their need for development of social education should arouse our attention.There are still some existing gender differences among vocational students' need for development,therefore,ideological and political education should be scientific and targeted.
