摘要
通过文献资料法、访问谈话法对广西师范大学体育学院运动训练专业学生进行调查研究。结果发现,高校运动训练专业学生具有思维跳跃性强、注意力易分散;专项基础好、文化基础差;反应敏捷、争强好胜意识强;自我约束力差,易产生厌学情绪等特点。因此,体育理论课程教学设计应针对其特点灵活设计课堂导入,引发学生的兴趣;巧妙安排上课节奏,保持学生持续的注意力;正确运用激励手段,引导学生培养自我约束能力,以提高体育理论课堂教学质量。
