摘要
企业中层管理人员绩效具有多层性、多因性和多变性等特点,其评估重要而困难,文章构建了中层管理人员绩效评估指标体系及层次结构模型,并运用模糊层次分析法计算各层级指标的相对权重及综合权重,然后运用模糊理论方法及线性内插法原理,构建了两个中层管理人员的绩效评估模型,以期实现对中层管理人员绩效评估中定性与定量、静态与动态的有机结合。
