摘要
就功能性食品的定义、分类以及平菇、木耳、灵芝、五味子、猴头菌等五种功能性食品植物作了简要介绍,并对如何开发功能性食品植物提出了几点建议。
This article were on the definition,classification and briefly introduced of five functional foods plant as well as Pleurotus ostreatus,Auricularia auricular,Ganoderma lucidum,Schisandra chinensis and Hericium erinaceus,and raised a number of countermeasures on how to develop the functional foods Plant.
