摘要
本文从现代认知理论出发入手,阐述它对阅读教学的理论观点,并在其指导下对西部英语专业学生阅读困难的内在原因和外在原因以及学生阅读的策略和阅读材料进行了调查与分析。调查结果表明影响阅读理解和阅读分析能力的重要内部原因是读者原有的知识和认知结构,主要外部原因是文章的体裁和结构及文章的主题句。最后,作者针对调查结果提出了相关的阅读教与学策略。
From the perspective of modern cognitive psychology,this Paper introduces its theories about reading teaching.Analyzes are made according to the investigation of western Chinese students' inner and outer causes of reading difficulties,reading strategy and reading materials.The results show that the readers' prior knowledge and cognitive structure interfere readers' reading mostly.And the style, structure and topic sentence of the reading material hinder the success of reading.To solve all the problems,some effective teaching and learning strategies on improving English reading abilities are provided.
