摘要
积极创建适应社会主义市场经济的高职人才流动机制,对于高职院校的发展具有非常重要的意义。通过理性分析高职人才流动的现状及其背后的成因,就其合理有序的人才流动机制的创建提出思考,认为只有通过人才立法,建立人才诚信制度,进一步深化高职人事制度改革、规范高职院校内部管理,才能实现新时期高职院校人才的合理流动。
Founding the talent mobility mechanism which adaptable to the socialist market economy is of the extremely vital significance to the development of senior vocational schools.Through the rational analysis of talent mobility present situation and the behind origin,we proposed ponders of its reasonable and orderly foundation of talent mobility mechanism,thinking that only then legislates through the talented person,establishes the talented person good faith system,further deepens the senior vocational school personnel system reform and standardize the senior vocational schools internal management,can realize the new time high vocational colleges talented person's reasonable flowing.
