摘要
针对风机基础刚度差引起的振动故障,建立了旋转机械转子力学模型。从振动机理深入地分析了旋转机械基础刚度差造成的振动原因,得到了用于频谱分析诊断的典型故障特征:振动频率为工频,振动时域波形为正弦波;垂直方向振动速度异常。运用振动分析法、数据采集技术及诊断理论对一故障风机进行了有效的确诊。
According to the vibration trouble due to weak stiffness of foundation of fan,a dynamics rotor model of rotary machinery is established.The reason of vibration due to weak stiffness of foundation of rotary machinery is analyzed from vibration mechanism.Then the typical trouble characteristics for frequency spectrum analysis and diagnosis are concluded,such as vibration frequency is rotator frequency,time waveform is sine wave,and vibration speed in vertical is abnormal.A trouble fan is effectively diagnosed using vibration analysis,data acquisition and diagnostic theory.
