摘要
核心竞争力理论兴起于19世纪末20世纪初,是管理学和经济学的研究成果。这一理念对于高等教育实践有很独特的借鉴意义。本文在简要介绍核心竞争力理论的同时,分析了地方高校的特点,并对如何构建地方高校核心竞争力提出了几点建议。
The theory of the core competitive ability traces back to the end of nineteen century and beginning of twenty century.It is the study outcome of management and subjects.The idea has special meaning for the practice of institutions of higher learning.The article introduces the theory of core competitive power and analyzes the characteristics of institutions of higher learning.It also puts forward advice about how to build the core competitive power of local institutions of higher learning.
