摘要
融资功能是科技企业孵化器的核心功能之一,融资功能的发挥直接影响到在孵企业成长及产业化进程和孵化器自身的发展。文章以大连市科技企业孵化器融资体系现状为出发点,在创业投资理论指导下,针对大连市孵化器和在孵企业存在的投融资中的问题,通过构建依托孵化器的融资体系来创新和完善孵化器的融资功能。
Financing is one of the core functions of S&T(science & technology) business incubators,and assisting the small technology-based firms in acquisition of capital is very important for the industrialization process of the firms and the growth of the incubators themselves.Based on the present situation of business incubators' financing structure in Dalian,this paper analyzes the main problems of the structure,guided by veture capital theory,establishes a new financing system combined with the business incubators in Dalian,which will innovate and perfect the financing function of business incubators.
