摘要
本文从历史传统方面入手,概括得出徽商的"儒道经营"和闽商的"爱拼才会赢"的文化差异,并指出出现这一差异的原因在于:自然环境、传统文化和历史机遇的不同。在此基础上,提出要从徽商败落的原因中汲取教训,扬长补短,促进闽商文化的蓬勃发展。
Based on the history and traditions,this paper makes a comparison of cultural differences between Min-merchants and Hui-merchants.The former adopts the idea of Confucianism Management,and the later,the spirit of striving for success.These differences aroused due to such factors as different natural environment,traditional cultures and historical opportunities.This paper suggests that we should learn a lesson from the decline of Hui-merchants and take their advantages of success to promote the progress of Min-merchants.
