摘要 基于CAD软件Unigraphics进行了某涡轮叶片的三维建模,提供一种精确建立复杂模型的思路,针对构线、建面、修面等不同的建模阶段提出几种可供选择的方法,对于使用其他三维建模软件的读者亦具参考价值.将模型导入Patran/Nastran有限元分析系统进行应力分析,为后续寿命预测工作做好准备. Some turbine blade’s model of three dimensions was built using CAD software UG,and a method of building complex precise model was offered.Aiming at different phases of modeling such as line construction,surface building and surface finishing,some optional methods were offered.It still has reference value for readers of using other modeling softwares.The model that was built in UG was imported into Patran/Nastran FEM software to analyze its stress condition,and it made prepair for the coming life prediction.
