摘要
在高校档案管理网络体系的构建过程中,存在着许多亟待解决的问题。本文从档案管理网络体系的Web运动模式、数据库设计和安全机制等方面提出解决方案。并从提高档案的安全性、实现档案资源的共享、促进档案管理水平等方面论述构建高校档案管理网络体系的重要意义。
There are many problems in the construction of college and university file management network system,which urgently need settling.This paper proposes a solution from such respects as the Web motion mode,databank design and safety mechanism of the file management network system,and expounds the significance of building college and university file management network system from the angle of raising file safety,commonly sharing file resources,and enhancing file management level.
