摘要
中国传统文化博大精深,传统饮食便是其一朵艳丽的奇葩。如今,随着对外交流的日益频繁,中式菜肴的准确英译在传播中华饮食文化上起着极为关键的作用。因此,结合翻译实践探讨中式菜肴的英译方法和技巧,就显得很有意义。
Chinese diet culture is an outstanding part of Chinese traditional culture,which is famous for its variety and abundance.As China has intensified its communication with the rest of the world,the English translation of Chinese dishes plays a key role in spreading the traditional Chinese culture.This paper attempts to inquire into some methods in the practice of translating.
