摘要 介绍了PVDF圆柱型水听器、大面积平板PVDF水听器、钹式换能器、弛豫铁电单晶换能器、小体积低频大功率发射换能器等方面的研究进展.PVDF圆柱型水听器用灌注成型和复合膜卷绕技术制作而成,性能稳定,一致性好.大面积水听器具有能使流噪声非相干抵消的优点.研制的大面积平板PVDF水听器样品灵敏度高,具有较平坦的响应.Cymbal换能器体积小、重量轻,灵敏度高,结构较简单,加工方便.驰豫铁电单晶换能器的灵敏度比同样的压电陶瓷换能器高5~6dB.小体积低频大功率发射换能器由7个Cymbal换能器并联组合推动盖板辐射声波,体积小重量轻,发射灵敏度高. Much progress has been made in transducers,including cylindrical PVDF hydrophone, plane type PVDF hydrophone, cymbal transducer, relaxor-based piezoelectric single crystals transducer, and low frequency and high power small transducer. When the cylindrical PVDF hydrophone was processed by pour forming and winding composite film,its characteristic has static capacity and good coherence. The flow noise could be suppressed by dint of non-coherent of the plane type PVDF hydrophone. The plane type PVDF hydrophone samples were designed, manufactured and measured. The results indicate that it has high sensitivity and wide working bandwidth. The cymbal transducer has high sensitivity,a small bulk, light weight, simple structure and was made easily. The relaxor-based piezoelectric single crystals transducer sensitivity was about 5~6dB more than same piezoceramic ceramic transducer sensitivity. The low frequency and high power small transducer was made of 7 cymbal transducers that together with cover board that transmitting sound wave. It has high sensitivity,small bulk, and light weight.
