摘要   同向偏盲(homonymous hemianopsia,HH)是卒中后临床常见的视野缺损症状,临床表现为不同程度的视力障碍和视野缺损,国外统计有37.6%的患者为完全性同向偏盲,62.4%为不完全性,其中部分为象限盲,常伴有脑干、小脑或大脑半球症状和体征[1].约有30%的卒中患者合并有同向偏盲和同象限盲[2],其中70%是由后循环病变枕叶损伤所致[3].……
