摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌保乳治疗的方法、适应证及疗效。方法回顾分析17例早期乳腺癌手术资料、术后放化疗及内分泌治疗、及随访情况。结果17例保乳手术均成功,除1例术后皮瓣坏死外余术后恢复良好。1、3、5年生存率分别为100%、93.75%、87.5%,术后乳房外形及生活质量满意。结论早期乳腺癌行保乳手术治疗,术后辅以放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗,不仅可治疗肿瘤,而且能提高患者生活质量,是一种治疗早期乳腺癌比较理想的方法。
Objective To investigate the approach,indication and therapeutic effect of breast conserving treatment(BCT).Methods Retrospectively analyzed the operative documents,postoperative radiotherapeutic,chemotherapeutic,endocrine therapeutic effect and follow up visit condition of 17 cases of early breast cancer who adopted BCT from Mar.2000 to May.2006.Results All the 17 cases received successful operation.Flap necrosis occurred on one case,the others recovered well postoperatively.Survival rate in the 1st,3rd,5th year are 100%,93.7%,87.5% respectively.Both the shape of breast and quality of life were satisfied.Conclusion Operation assisted with postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy,endocrine therapy is an ideal approach to cure early breast cancer,which not only cure the tumor but also improve the quality of patient's life.
