摘要
目的比较不同来源的雷公藤提取物中内酯类成分的组成和含量。方法采用比色法测定总内酯含量;HPLC法测定雷公藤内酯醇含量;用薄层色谱进行样品定性鉴别。结果测定了总内酯和雷公藤内酯醇含量,总内酯含量分别为1.2%、0.56%、1.4%;雷公藤内酯醇含量分别为0.060%、0.012%、0.42%。样品的薄层色谱可检出分别与雷公藤内酯醇、雷公藤内酯酮、雷酚内酯对照品对应的斑点,但斑点大小差异较大。结论不同来源的雷公藤提取物中内酯类成分的组成及含量存在较大差异。
Objective To compare the content and the component of lactones in the Tripterygium Gly- cosides,and the sample obtained from three different factories.Methods The content of total lactones was de- termined by spectrophotometer.The content of triptolide(T-d)was determined by HPLC.The samples were iden- tified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).Results The contents of total lactones were 1.2%,0.56%,1.4% respectively,and the contents of Triptolide was 0.060%,0.012% 0.42% respectively.The spots of triptolide, triptonide and triptophenolide have presented in TLC of samples,but their sizes were different.Conclusion There were some differences of the content and component of lactones in Tripterygium Glycosides which pro- duced by different factory.
