摘要
借助烧杯试验、中试和生产试验,从无机混凝剂投加量优化、高分子助凝剂强化混凝、二次微絮凝强化过滤等方面开展了常规净水工艺浊度控制技术研究,确定了其中的最佳工艺运行条件和技术参数。试验结果表明,适当增加无机混凝剂投量,可改善絮体絮凝沉降性能;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺作为助凝剂的最佳投量为0.10mg/L。
Researches were conducted on turbidity control by conventional treatment process from feeding optimization of inorganic coagulant,enhanced coagulation of high polymer coagulant aid,enhanced filtration of quadratic micro-flocculation in jar test,pilot test and full-scale test.Optimized process conditions and technical data were determined from the test.Results show that increasing inorganic coagulant dosage can improve the settlement property of floc;the optimum dosage of cation polyacrylamide as coagulant aid is 0.10 mg/L.
