摘要
为优化常规过滤工艺,寻求较佳的工艺参数,在中试系统上考察了L/d值、滤速及助滤剂对过滤性能的影响。结果表明,提高L/d值或降低滤速都有利于降低滤后水浊度,但会影响过滤周期。当L/d值为1200~1400、滤速为8~10m/h时,投加助滤剂能明显改善滤后水水质。
Pilot test was conducted to investigate the effect of L/d value,filtration rate and filtration aid on filtration in order to optimize filtration parameters.The results show that increasement of L/d value or decreasement of filtration rate help lower filtered water turbidity and affect on filtration cycle.When L/d value is in the range of 1 200~1 400 and filtration rate is about 8~10 m/h,addition of filtration aid will enable to improve filtered water quality significantly.
