摘要
采用油酸钠-正戊醇-正庚烷-水组成的微乳液体系对水相中的Co2+进行萃取研究,考察了微乳液中油酸钠的浓度、料液与微乳液的体积比(R)、温度、接触时间等参数对萃取率的影响。实验表明,当微乳液中油酸钠浓度为0.17mol/L,正戊醇体积分数为20%,料液与微乳液体积比为8,接触时间为6min时,Co2+的萃取率达到98.23%。
The extraction of cobalt(Ⅱ) by the microemulsion system of sodium oleate-pentanol-heptane-water has been studied.The effect of the concentration of sodium oleate,contact time,volume ratio of aqueous to microemulsion(R) and temperature on the extraction yield has been investigated.The results show that the extraction yield of Co2+ can reach 98.23%,when the concentrations of sodium oleate and pentanol are 0.17mol/L and 20%,respectively,R is 8 and contact time is 6 min.
